How long does it take?
Most orders are complete and shipped in 7-10 business days but can meet a sooner deadline if necessary.
What’s included in the prices?
Included in all pricing is embroidery, creation of the embroidery disc, tax, product cost, & shipping. (if necessary)

Do you do screen printing?
We do not offer screen printing in-house but have means of providing top quality screen printing at the same value.
How much for an additional embroidery location?
For an additional embroidery location it is $4.00 per item, per extra location.
Do I see my embroidery before you ship my order?
We can most certainly mail a sample of the embroidered product but doing so will delay the completion of the project by 3-5 days.
Should I order a product sample?
Ordering a product sample is not necessary but can be arranged if need be.
